The ice cream cake my mom made for Andy's birthday last night was sooooo full of chocolatey goodness! She has made it a couple times for other birthday celebrations, but for some reason, I just hadn't remembered how "out of this world" it was!! I only had a small slice, but I was in chocolate heaven!
