Christmas Party!

Today was Christmas party day! We played some fun games in the classroom in the morning, and then my Dad joined us for pizza and a Christmas movie :-)

After we opened some Christmas presents, we went down to the kitchen to make some Christmas cookies! Magnolia's sister, Juliana, was my assistant. We had so much fun cutting out the shapes and decorating them with icing and sprinkles.

Although I have enjoyed all the fun Christmas activities I've done with my girls this month, every day we bring the focus back to the fact that Christmas is all about Jesus' birthday! For our last Christmas project today, we made mangers out of paper plates and tissue paper. :-)

On Monday we painted our Christmas trees and the star toppers.Today we added a bunch of Christmas sticker "ornaments" to our trees to complete the festive look!
