Today we released our butterflies. We have enjoyed watching them grow from tiny caterpillar to beautiful butterfly these past few weeks!

Our Bulletin Board Project

For the past few weeks, we have been working on doing art projects for our classroom bulletin board. We are in the midst of enjoying watching the life cycle of a butterfly, so I decided that was what we were going to make on our bulletin board!

It all started about a month ago with sponge painting our blue sky...

Then it was time to make our caterpillars!

The cocoon/chrysalis stage was next...

Finally, it ended with painting our colorful butterflies!
