Baking Cookies!

Today we made caramel stuffed apple cider cookies. {Yes, they taste as good as they sound!}

My kiddos did a great job following directions which helped make the experience both fun & enjoyable!

A Visit to the Fire Station

Yesterday we visited our local fire station. We learned about fire safety and much more!

We saw a fireman get dressed up in all his gear.

We got to explore an ambulance (Let's hope this is the only time Robby is on that stretcher!)

We learned about the different fire trucks and what they carry.

We even got to use a fire hose!!!!

We had fun climbing through a fire truck!

A Special Birthday Treat

Last Monday this Kindergarten teacher celebrated a birthday. My kiddos were super excited to help me celebrate! One of the special events of the day was walking up to Dunkin Donuts for a sugary snack.

Visiting Alexa's "Farm"!

We got to visit Alexa's "farm" today! She has chickens, baby chicks, ducks, bunnies, a dog, and even a little tortoise. We enjoyed holding the chickens and baby chicks best of all. :-)

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

We had a BEAUTIFUL fall day for our field trip to Savidge Farms! We enjoyed going on a hayride, picking pumpkins, visiting a few farm animals, going through a corn maze, climbing on haybales, and especially playing on the combine playground!
